Colonial Pest was great about getting right back to me, explaining their services (and options), and getting me scheduled promptly. The service just took place a week or so ago so I can't yet speak to the results but the gentleman who came out was great. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and followed up with me later in the day to make sure I understood what was done.

The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. Jamie, the technician, was on time, friendly, and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do to treat the ant problem. During the treatment, he called us outside to show us evidence of an ant nest that he had located and treated. Overall this was a good experience. We will definitely call Colonial again if we have pest issues.
