When clients first contact us, we work with them to find out exactly what they are looking for. Once we're familiar with their needs, we search our extensive list of background-checked, sufficiently qualified candidates for the perfect fit based on the personalities and requests of our customers.

By the end of the day, we send back a list of resumes for review. Our clients then have the option to interview any or all of those candidates or request more options. Once a candidate is hired, there is a two-week trial period. If for any reason, a client is unsatisfied with a hire, we'll replace the candidate and waive any additional fees.
