My buying experience was exceptional. I have never had such amazing service from a car dealership like I had from this one. Mike, our car salesman, went above and beyond, and I mean he truly did. The whole team including management all went above & beyond. Buying a car and going through the process is never enjoyable for me, as a 1099 earner. However, Mike made the experience a great one. I would highly recommend this dealership and request Mike. They will always be my first choice when needing a vehicle from now on.

kind of a crazy situation BUT I bought a Cochran Mazda in 2024 and just love it. Going on a trip tomorrow, I was out picking up items when all of a sudden my navigation stopped working. Went to one Madza dealership nearby my location and the young man said you have to make an appointment and we'll run tests. Well, that wouldn't help me tomorrow! Thought I'd stop in to Cochran Nissan on West Liberty as I had great service there when I had my Nissan Rogue. Drove into the garage (which had an opening) and explained my situation. Zach.....was just so kind and polite. He was able figure out the problem and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. We will continue our relationship with the Cochran Family. Zach was wonderful.

New to this Nissan dealership. I needed service for my Ariya, and had a overall great experience. Scheduling an appointment was handled smoothly and accurately, and the service itself was performed well and in a timely matter. My service representative, Carson, was helpful and friendly. They even topped off my battery during the service visit. First time here, but I will be back. Highly recommended... thanks!
