After 15 years in the corporate environment, Cheryl is excited to launch her own professional coaching business. As a certified coach, 23 year veteran mom and entrepreneur, the primary focus is one on one or group coaching sessions and workshops, which focus on working together with professional women who face the multitude of challenges associated with work/life balance.  Cheryl became certified as a Coach in 2006 through iPEC, an internationally renowned coach certification training program based in New Jersey, and accredited through the International Coach Federation. Cheryl has been coaching consistently for the past 5 years and has spent a significant amount of time working with young men and women in navigating through all of the choices available and guiding them to determine a positive direction. In addition, she is a consummate professional and has a proven track record in the corporate environment with an expertise in planning and organizing. She has the ability to see the big picture and able to be solution focused when presented with a challenge. She enjoys building teams and empowering others to make positive decisions.  She thoroughly understands all of the challenges women face in the corporate environment and realizes their true potential.  Based out of Connecticut, coaching sessions and workshops can be conducted throughout the country.
