C&M Properties and Construction, Inc., a repeat winner of the CVHBA's "Best of Show" home builder awards, is located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We complete 15-20 new homes annually in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn and St. Croix counties.
