Our planning process was almost a year long. Cody spent a considerable amount of time helping me sort through plans that fit our budget and at the same time met the restrictive covenances in our development. Overall the quality and craftsmanship is great! In comparison to the homes in our neighborhood, the overall value that we received is second to none. C&M Construction does great work! They build quality homes at an exceptional value. Specifically, Cody is incredibly organized and has excellent rapport with his sub-contractors. I would say, I spoke with Cody just about everyday during the building process. To say the least, he was very patient with me. Thanks you guys. We can't wait to build again!
