I've had cloud check our heating and cooling systems for years. Zach checked everything out today for the fall and was so professional. I couldn't recommend cloud more.

Received next day price quotes. Cloud Heating & Air is price compatible with other Lawrence Companies. Declined purchase and agreed with wholesale opportunities.

We had a furnace and AC installed by another small company in Lawrence. Had some issues and wanted a second opinion. Cloud sent someone out within hours of us calling. The Tech that came out was respectful, prompt, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain what he saw wrong but he documented it and took photos. The next day we received a call from a Supervisor alerting us that our unit was not safe to operate and he explained in detail why so. That call to Cloud saved my family. Literally. We greatly appreciate what Cloud has done thus far and will recommend them to anyone!

Our technician Zach came out and troubleshot our AC unit that wasn't functioning. He was quick, efficient, polite, and incredibly good at his job! He got our AC unit up and running again and saved us from a hot summer day.

They installed a 2 outdoor, 6 indoor mini split heating/AC system in our house. After install they returned to verify the system was working as expected, and made the necessary modifications to ensure the system was working at optimal performance. Zach and Emilio were friendly and very helpful, as were the original installers whom I didn't catch all of their names except for Vince. I am looking forward to seeing how well this system works for us and how the cost compares to our previous central air system. I recommend Cloud Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for that type of service.

We called Cloud this afternoon due to our A/C not working properly. Shortly after our initial call, we received a call saying they could work us in today. Zach, our tech, came out to diagnose our issues. Man did he help us out extremely. This guy knows what he's doing! He worked in the 95-100 degree weather. I've had 3 techs out in the last year & he's BY FAR the best. Thanks for working us in today! Even though he's an Astros fan, I'll be using Zach & Cloud services from here on out! Thanks again man!

Had Zach come out and take a look at our unit that had previously been looked at by a bigger company that had said everything was working fine. (I won't name names) But Zach found the problem was our unit needed some cleaning and fix everything with no problems! He was awesome and even though it was after hours on a Saturday they were still reasonably priced.
We will definitely only be going with Cloud from here on out!
