My air conditioner went out when I was at work. when I got home around 7 it was a crazy hot. Gave climate control and they came out the next morning. Danny was the technician and he was fantastic very friendly and informative. When he was done he gave me a rundown of everything that was wrong and what he did. I will definitely be calling climate control services if anything else happens.

CCS replaced our 20-year-old HVAC system with a new Goodman unit, and the experience was outstanding! I worked closely with Tom over several days to finalize the equipment and pricing. On installation day, one of the best crews I've ever had in my home—Reagan, Chris, Ryan, and Ethan—arrived. They were professional and meticulous, spending the entire day installing the system. They cleaned up afterward and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions. Meanwhile, Morgan in the office efficiently handled the paperwork, ensuring everything was signed and squared away by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Tom, his team and CCS. As for the Goodman system, only time will tell, but so far, it's working well!
