Service was expert and prompt. I have been a satisfied and loyal customer for years and would enthusiastically recommend Climate Control Services.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my furnace stop working at 12:30 in the morning on Saturday/Sunday night. I went online and did my research and Climate Control Services consistently received very favorable reviews. I called them early Sunday they were out here very quickly and reviewed the status of the furnace. I needed a full replacement and I was provided options and recommendations. I did not have to deal with a hard sell, instead I was given thorough information and offered viable options. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and honesty of every individual I interacted with in this company. The project was completed on Monday and the crew was polite and highly professional. I highly recommend this company!

My heating system went out in the evening. I left a message with a very friendly person that night. Early the next day Tom sent me a text saying they could fix it the same day. I was still asleep, and didn't respond, so Tom called me at around 9:30 and said he could send someone out the same day, and he scheduled it according to my schedule. Nate came out and evaluated the problem and said I needed a new motor, and showed me the problems with the old one. He gave me a reasonable quote and installed the new motor. He did a great job. Nate was courteous and got the job done within the time line that he gave me before starting. I highly recommend this company. Great company, staff and prices!

The technician was prompt and worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and correct the issue we were having with our furnace. He also drove out to retrieve a warrantied part and returned a short time later to replace the part and finish the repair..have used this company for years and would highly recommend!

Great customer service! They were able to send someone out the same day even though they were extremely busy! The service guy was very friendly and diagnosed the problem quick and got the repair done! Very happy with the results!
