From the moment I contacted them in July 2022 for a new HVAC system installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Not only did they provide top-notch service during the installation process, but they also took the time to explain how to properly maintain and care for my new unit.Report
What truly sets Climate Control Services apart from the competition is their commitment to standing behind their products warranty. Recently, I experienced an issue with my AC unit’s compressor and contacted their customer service team for assistance. They promptly sent out a technician who diagnosed and replaced the entire unit with a brand new one. The new unit and labor costs were all covered under the warranty.
