Well stocked store. Tons of accessories. Friendly helpful staff, great for people who don’t know anything about bikes (like me). If they don’t have it, they’ll order it. Highly recommended.

Great price and friendly customer service!

Had the best experience here yesterday! I am SO not mechanically inclined and didn’t even own the basic things I needed if I got a flat, ima a super unprepared bike rider and pretty new. As you can imagine, I got a flat ????. Went in and explained that to Timothy and he was not judgmental at all when I was showing how little I knew and got me everything I needed to go home and work on it with a friend. I bought a road pump and he even set it up for my gauge and showed me how to use it without me asking, which was incredibly helpful.

He let me know that if I needed help they do same day flat fixes and I can come back in if we couldn’t do it.

My e-bike is a little tricker than some and the flat was on the rear wheel with the motor and my friend didn’t want to harm my bike, so I ended up wheeling it over.

Timothy immediately was able to help me out AND had me come back in their workspace and be in the way of everyone working hard so he could make sure next time this happens, I was prepared as possible. It was so kind of him, and he absolutely didn’t have to go through this with me step by step. But he took the time to really empower me with knowledge and I feel really grateful. Hopefully next time I get a flat I will be able to fix it myself, but I know where I can go if not know! Thanks clever cycles!!

My experience at Clever Cycle earlier this month was so relaxing and confidence inspiring. I ordered a Gazelle ebike from them online, because they had the size and color I wanted in stock, and they offered a great sale price; well worth the drive down.

The entire staff was so nice and accommodating. Never once did I feel rushed. Marlainna introduced me to the bike when I arrived, and let me inspect and test ride it before completing the sale. Their location is a few blocks from a very nice bike path along the river; a very pleasant ride.

After that Aaron put the bike up on the lift for a quick check, which included updating the Bosch firmware, while answering all my questions. He even took time to show me how the wheels come off, which is useful to know before you get a flat. I very much appreciated his time and info.

Marlainna then helped me install the eBike Flow app on my phone, and pair it with the bike. I left with such a big smile on my face, and the staff at Clever is a big reason why. The experience far exceeded my expectations, and I've been having so much fun with the bike since.

Finally, I want to mention they also offer outstanding remote, after-sales support. I had reason to email them twice with small issues, and both times they got back with me immediately, and took care of the problem quickly. I wish I lived closer, but rest assured they will take care of you even if you don't. Shout out to Dean for responding to emails well before the shop even opens, and taking care of things behind the scenes.

Pro Tip: Arrive early, park, and walk around the corner to Wasabi Sushi for lunch. Everything I had there was great. I especially liked the California Crunch roll (now you understand the sushi picture). Two great experiences in one day, Wasabi Sushi and Clever Cycles. My thanks to both! :)

The folx at Clever Cycles are always so helpful, and super nice. They always help me fix my rotating array of obscure fixed-gear issues, and usually have me back on the road in my reckless ways within a half hour. For more complicated stuff, they take appointments, and communicate expeditiously via text messages. They also have great deals, and are always willing to help configure stuff for the individual when purchasing complete builds or components alike. 6 out of 5 stars, would highly recommend.

I went in knowing very little about e-bikes and came out an expert. MARLENA spent a LOT of time with me to make sure I got the right bike for me. She answered all my questions, lots of them more than once, and offered to go on my test rides with me as I was a little nervous about riding on my own. She helped me match my (limited) abilities with the bike that would suit me and give me the best experience. (Hint - a 71 year-old short woman probably doesn’t want a boy bar to stretch over when getting on or stopping, but lots of torque for those hills is nice.)

When I picked up my bike, Desmond made sure it was adjusted perfectly for me and that I knew how to operate everything. I would highly recommend Clever Cycles. They have the best selection and the absolute most wonderful staff!
