Albert & Tom have both been very helpful, honest and accommodating this year while I've been dealing with storm damage to my Mom's house and then later when a squirrel (or raccoon or aliens) completely demolished the attic fan. They've been very responsive and worked hard to get the roof water and squirrel proof and come up with solutions to prevent a recurrence. Very professional and easy to work with.

He put a plan together to address the issues which included a cleaning then repairs. He did a great job and took care of everything as we discussed.
