For the second time, I was told I needed to pay for this service. I had signed up for free service when I bought my car. I wish this would not continue. It makes my wait 15 minutes longer and it embarrasses the service person like Madysen. Please find a way to correct this. The rest of the experience was excellent.

The service was good. I was told it would take 45 minutes and it was a little over 2 hours.

The team is fantastic! Staff helped me bring in my items that I bought while shopping as my service was being done. Everyone was very thorough.

Had a coupon for money off. But the estimate was for just about double. It would be nice to not have this automated estimate when I had a coupon advertising a much better price. To verify the service actions I had to go verify the coupon price first. That was confusing. But the work was fine.
