I hired a cleaning company and in the last moment they left me down. It was so stressful moment, but fortunately i found Cleaningsure. They reacted in very short notice. Even that the price wasn't been very high. The team came on time and made excellent service. Very friendly staff- office and cleaners. Really professional company. Thank you guys.

Had an end of tenancy clean. Cleaners arrived an hour early whilst we were still in the process of moving out, so they said they would come back in 30 mins but didn't come back for almost 3 hours. They then spent less than 3 hours cleaning a 4 bedroom house.

We checked the property the next day and it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly with many surfaces clearly not even wiped or dusted and corners cut. There wasn't time to arrange a reclean before our landlord came to inspect the property so we ended up cleaning some more ourselves.

When it came to paying the remainder of the fee, I complained about the quality of the clean and sent photos as proof. Cleaningsure were immediately dismissive and made excuses, even claiming my pictures were taken before the clean! After many emails back and forth they eventually agreed a 20% discount. Cleaning and customer service both poor.

Our policy is if a customer is not fully satisfied - to arrange a re-clean as soon as possible, which we kindly offered to you. We also always warn our customers that it's better to be present in the property by the time the cleaning is finished, so that way if something is not right, the team can immediately fix it. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied but we can assure you that our main goal is to always leave the client happy - this is why we offered different solutions, which we also mentioned here.
