Jax Crowder. Jax was so easy going, very knowledgeable and made me feel like an old friend. It was so enjoyable working with him. He made me laugh and enjoy the process, which says a lot while shopping for a new car!
I too had to figure out that I needed to take the elevator upstairs where the showroom is located.

I have been very happy with this dealership overall for years. I recently purchased a new vehicle from them and was pleased with the service and the time and attention they provided me.

Dilan was a great sales rep. Clear communications and excellent knowledge of the vehicle.

We recently purchased our new car from Classic. Max was friendly and responsive, and most importantly - worked with me over text to find the right car. With a full time job and two little kids, I can't really do phone calls very easily. Max was adaptable and gave me all the information I needed over the phone. He was patient while I drove several cars trying to decide between an outback and a crosstrek. I love my new car and it's the right fit for my family.

The only reason for the 4-star review and not 5-star is that I had to wait over 2.5 hours simply to sign the financing paperwork after my car was ready and I had filled out all the applications. They do not have enough finance people working there to manage the buyers. The financing process took less than 15 minutes once I was able to get in.

My experience buying a new forester at this Subaru dealer was fantastic. Hunter T (and generally all staff I met) was/were extremely helpful and kind and I appreciated it didn’t feel like a high pressure sale situation at all. I think he really listened to what I wanted and found a car at a great price! My trade in for my Toyota Prius was also more than I thought it would be. Overall great experience and I felt very welcomed to the Subie family!

Would give zero stars if I could for their service department. terrible communication and service will never go back there again and they will spam you forever because you are forced to give them your address in order to schedule an appointment.

Had an excellent buying experience. Hunter Thompson is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He listened to my wants and needs then made sure he pointed out the car's features that addressed them so I would be confident confident that the car i purchased was perfect for me. By the time you are done, you feel like you made a new friend. Thanks, Hunter!
