I sure don't know how this place is a 4.6. Maybe sales but not service. They kept my Jeep over 24 hours after I was told it will not take all day. I tried calling and never get an answer, when I finally did and was told Stephen will call back, he never did and.left me without a car for the evening. Tried calling next morning, 845 and was told Stephen will call me back in a few minutes. 4 hours later, no call and can't get anyone to answer. I ended up calling the Manager of dealership and he researched, called me back within 15 minutes to tell me jeep was ready. Arrive to get Jeep, and what do you know, very slow about getting to you. After all this, problem was not fixed, as a matter of fact, the problemI took it in for wasn't listed on work order. If service was good, I wouldn't think twice about purchasing a car here however service sucks.

Im an owner operator of a 3500 dodge truck that I use for Hotshot trucking. So everyday my truck is out of commission I'm losing money. Brought my truck in for little bit of smoke on passenger side and a leak of which was finally got too was a coolant leak. Initially they said it was my transmission. After little to no communication, three days later, I get it back. Brought it home and then right back to the shop because it was no coolant in the reservoir and it was still smoking. They were obviously little nicer this time around and set me up with Luke as an in between guy. Luke was better with communicating the problems they find with the truck. Got my truck back after a day only to find out…..yup you guessed it, still smoking and tiny leak. I was charged for water pump, coolant and a cap. These problems were suppose to fix the issue I was told and it didn't. Three separate trips now. Terrible team of technicians, terrible diagnosis service, they're extremely under managed and under staffed. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting anything other then an oil change here.

Worst service ever. We bought our new truck less than a year ago. We scheduled an appointment for power steering issue and that I was going to wait for truck. Josh now tells me that it will be 24-48 hrs before diagnosis can be made. And they don't loan/rent vehicles. I will be without transportation.
I asked to speak with a manager and Josh said they don't have one (??) would not recommend this place.

Above and beyond. Kane, manager of the service department, went out of his way to check in daily with updates and status reports of my jeep. Not only were they upfront and honest about pricing, but they were incredibly helpful in ensuring that I took full advantage of my dealership warranty prior to it expiring (saving me about 6K)- something I was unaware of. They were short staffed, but still managed to provide me a loaner car and finish the work timely. When I picked up my car they had done a full detail and walked me through each job and reminded me of upcoming service appointments. 10/10 recommend, and will be making this my permanent go to dealership. Extremely impressed with the services provided and the customer service I experienced.

Service department is slow. It should not take all day for a recall. Also, if you schedule a recall then parts should be ready when you show up. Leaving a vehicle for a week to do a manufacturer recall is stupid.

I have bought six vans from this place and it has been amazing situation George is taking care of me with anything I need

Only problem is when something comes wrong with the vans because of warranty reschedule appointment drop off the van so I'm not making money on the van running and then they don't even touch it until the next day so I have an additional day that I do not have the van out servicing the public

When we schedule appointment I would expect it to be taken care of when we schedule it not because I drop it off it's on the back burner

I have bought many cars over the years and I will say I have had way better experiences. They were not willing to work with us on anything as far as compensation for how long things were taking. I was overseas and they were not willing to wait 2 weeks until I came home to finish off the title so It can be in both of our names. I just felt like things could be better. I am giving 2 stars because Keith (sales) ended up being better in the end compared to the beginning but now Lorenzo(finance), I feel bad if you have to work with him. That dude is like a ghost, you hear him but you can never see or talk to him. Kinda sad but in the end we ended up with a vehicle. Hopefully it was just a bad week for them this time.
