Had a great experience with Thomas Jackson as my sales consultant. I was looking for an XT5 and he just didn't take us for a test drive, but he explained many features about the car. Many sale people just let you drive, but he went through all the features and set them up once I agreed to buy the car. Excellent service all around the dealership. Second car I bought from them! Can't beat the service!

Before I arrived to Mullinax I called to be sure they had the vehicle I was interested in. The phone support was amazing! I chose to drive 2 1/2 hours to them after being disappointed by another car dealership. When I arrived at Mullinax my family & me were greeted with the purest hospitality! From the front desk, to the seller, down to the mgt team! They were suppose to close at 5, but stayed a little after 7 to help me. Not to mention it was LABOR day! #Dedication #Faith ???????????? The team at Mullinax Cadillac is outstanding! After getting frustrated with multiple dealerships across the southeastern US, we found Mullinax in Montgomery and drove three and a half hours to work with them. The drive and time was worth every penny as the team, especially Thomas, treated us as a valued customer. Thomas had all of our paperwork ready when we arrived so we wouldn't have to wait after our long drive. The entire purchase process was seamless and everyone took extra time to ensure we were set and all our questions were answered. I am beyond happy with my new Cadillac and we will drive to Montgomery again to work with the team at Mullinax Cadillac!

It took this place 6 days (and me $500 in rental car fees, they informed me there were no loaner vehicles on the lot) to inform me my XT5 needed a battery replaced…… not to mention the battery + labor was $542. To remove the battery 7, maybe 8 bolts —have to be removed that’s holding the battery in place. It takes less than 30 min for an amateur and 15 if you’ve done it a few times and know what you’re doing. I would suggest going to someone else who works on Cadillacs or to another caddy dealer. There’s one in Columbus Ga and one in Auburn AL. That will be where mines goes moving forward. Avoid this place if at all possible. You’ll thank me later
