As one of the comments said, this is a classic case of ghosting in recruitment. They gave me a phone call on 13/05/2021 saying I'm a perfect match for one of the roles their client (Nutanix) has in the offer. I was said to get feedback by Friday 21/05/2021.

Never heard anything back.

Thanks for reaching back to me Javier Barnaby even though you said yourself how it is not nice when we discussed Nutanix HR not being proactive.

Edit: I reached him out to see what's happening. Apparently, he had an illness and was out of office by 09/06/2021. I still haven't received any feedback even though the guy is back on his feet.

Classic case of Recruitment "Ghosting". Get a phone call on a Sunday telling me I'm the best match for a role and that I tick ALL the boxes.....

Never hear anything back whatsoever and then see the same job advertised 3 weeks later!?
