CIVXDATA is an appraisal data input service and the sister company to Rapid Appraisal Management System, otherwise known as RapidAMS. RapidAMS is a multi-state appraisal management company serving more than 10 major lenders in 17 states. Benjamin Travis the owner, was an appraiser for 13 years before starting RapidAMS in 2011. He had the goal of providing paramount customer service to his clients while also paying appraisers prompt premier rates that the industry demanded. CIVXDATA is an extension to RapidAMS designed to provide quicker turnaround times for clients and appraisers alike. CIVXDATA enabling appraisers to complete their reports much faster and in turn to forward their report to the end user for a fair fee.
