My college graduate son needed a car for his new job. As an out of state parent, I am pleased to say that Cityside really helped us navigate the process of purchasing and registering a car in Massachusetts. I initially connected with Michael Fuller who was responsive via email and phone. At the dealership, we met with Mark Lidano (product specialist) who was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and helped us narrow down our search. Mark was a pleasure to work with and didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics at all. Rather, he made the car buying experience as painless and efficient as possible. We also enjoyed working with Michael Nelson (business manager) who provided an efficient overview of additional options to include with the car.
We're really glad we purchased a car from Cityside Subaru. Everyone was extremely nice and we're glad our son can rely on them for future service needs. I am certain he will be in good hands.

Parts and service staff are friendly over the phone and in-person at the dealership. They don't try to oversell you on service and are transparent with pricing. Helpful team and will buy our next Subaru from them when the occasion arises.

I bought a 2025 Forester and it is truly just a wonderful vehicle. I was dreading the car buying experience but Mark Lidano (Sales) , Eric Burd (Finance), and Michael DeFrancisco(Product Specialist) were all helpful, honest, and kind as I had many questions.
