The apartments are spacious and the neighbors are quiet. Maintenance is responsive and the buildings and grounds are well kept and clean. The management team are helpful. Package delivery takes some getting used to, though. My building is directly across from City Hall and the Justice Center is down the block, so there are sirens, busses, and loud people at times. It is a great and convenient location to the highway and attractions.

Great staff, mangement, and facilities! The gym is small but it has everything you need.

The best leasing office in all of Atlanta. Always pleasant and professional. Look forward to seeing Alline and Nia

I lived here for 3 years and had the best experience. Clean, everyone working here was professional and helpful. Would recommend everyone to look at City Plaza if you'll be living downtown.

Staff is awesome. Decent place to live but in need of updates. The smell in the building from the trash can be very overwhelming at times.
