They sent us a fridge that was not working. When we tried to return it, they wouldn’t let me because they didn’t want to spend money for a crate. They sent a tech out that didn’t fix the problem.1 year later, still broken fridge &1,600 down the drain. Ana chooses when to answer her emails. Still waiting on a response! If you are out of state, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE !!! Ana knows exactly who I am. Maja

At the beginning of this week I ordered a self contained AC unit for my boat within two days the package arrived and I installed it however I did need some additional assistance over the phone and I spoke to a gentleman there by the name of George several times during the course of the day he was extremely helpful and within a short time I had the unit up and running I was very grateful for his patience and his professionalism as well as everyone else I dealt with at the company I would highly recommend them for any boating needs that they can assist you with

We're finally installing A/C system to our sailboat. We have had so many technical questions about the units, how many of them needed, which size of ducts, soft starts etc. etc. etc. and Manny has always responded quickly and professionally. Many times companies just sell you as much as they can and then forget you, but Manny and Citimarine have been taking care of us and our needs before and after. Easy to order and delivery was quick.
