Thank God for these people! Brenda Foster, Caleb, and the staff here at Chuck Steven’s Ford were absolutely phenomenal in their care and treatment of my octogenarian parents when they needed service on their recently purchased vehicle. It was purchased in Pensacola but their service could not give her an appointment for weeks. She took it to Moyer in Gulf Shores/Foley (with an appointment), who kept her car for 3 days and never looked at it, did not communicate with her, and did not answer/return calls. Chuck Stevens’ staff treated my parents like royalty, making sure they were comfortable, understood what they were doing, explained everything that was going on. They ordered parts that 2 other dealerships had said were not necessary and it was just a glitch with those vehicles. Since I live 3 hours from my parents it’s not always possible for me to be there to assist them with these things. Thank God (again) that Brenda Foster, Caleb, and the staff actually showed professionalism, concern and compassion for their new customers! THANK YOU!!!

The service was on time and at a good price point relative to the other Ford Dealer near me that was almost 2X more expensive for the same service. It was worth the other 20mins of travel each way.

They listen to what you want and they don’t try to up sale you on extras. Jr Byrd is the best salesman they have ever had. He listens and works hard to get you just what you want.
