Started well, ended in a trainwreck...
Visited the dealership, but wasn't confident in the numbers. Took the next day to think about it and made some concessions of my own to make the deal happen. Contacted the saleman by text at 8:30am the following morning to ask a few questions then finalize the deal. Told him I would be in the following afternoon to sign the papers. Received the text confirming the appointment...feeling good! Made the arrangements to take off work early to pick up the truck only to receive a text 2 hours prior to my appointment that they sold the truck. Why no request for a deposit or send me an agreement by Docusign? Was told by the salesman that there are 35 salespeople and they all need to feed their families...basically, no deposits are accepted and the customer in the dealership is the one that gets the deal? Serious lack of communication and a poor way to do business, Chuck!

In less than 30 seconds of stepping out of the car, we had a knowledgeable salesman show the exact vehicle we were looking for. Within a few hours we were driving off the lot. I highly recommend Jesse Arellano.
