The service team at Joey Accardi is simply amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Freddie Gamboa and can honestly say I have never been more impressed! From the time I arrived I was greeted with a smile, cold bottle of water and the utmost professionalism. Not only did Freddie listen to all of my concerns, he went above and beyond to make sure my vechicle was properly cleaned before returning it to me. The most convenient part of this experience was the personal Ubers I was offered, to and from the dealer. Freddie is honest, detail oriented and adds a unique personal touch to his interactions with all those around him. I will never take my Jeep to any other dealership. Probably I worst experience I have had.. brought our jeep in with battery issues and $3,500 dollars later we have the same issues along with a few new ones.
