Another excellent experience. Just purchased another vehicle from David Hamilton. He is top notch and always fair. I bought a Ram from him 2 years ago and came back to him to buy a Jeep. I highly recommend this dealer and Mr. Hamilton.

I have bought 2 cars from here . The first time I had a good experience as far as customer service all around. This second time I can honestly say it was a horrible experience! I should have gone else where. It was almost as if the sales person didn't want to sell. I had to literally call him at least twice a week in order to get some answers from him. My 2021 Jeep was in transit for about 3 weeks and never received updates on the delivery. When it was finally delivered my Jeep was parked in front of the dealership and I was handed out the keys, Not to mention the floor mat was missing as well. He did not bother to show me the features on it nor the extras on it. Very disappointed in this 2nd experience, I figured as much as the Jeep cost me, I feel like the service should have been better.

Finally someone that can actually balance tires correctly. Service was perfect, shuttle was prompt, and everything was explained throughly and they agreed to a schedule the reflected my availability. Can't really think of a critique to help improve anything since it all went well.

Purchased my 21' Ram limited from this dealer a few months ago. Todd, and the entire sales and finance team were awesome. And now, having finished up my first service visit, I can say the same for the service team. Very glad to be a customer of Dodge City McKinney. I took the jeep in to get an state inspection twice. Each time time they came back said their machine was broken. Service person did not have any solutions car sat out front for 15 minutes before anyone gave me a updated. I got in the jeep took next door to the Ford Dealership they completed the inspection in 15 minutes, wash the car, services kept me updated through whole short the processes. Also had some maintenance done at Dodge Mckinney to the vehicle and no one explained what was done to the jeep. Poor services. Please you all need to do better.
