I went in because the check engine light on my jeep wrangler came on. Alberto at the customer service desk was extremely rude, unhelpful, and cut me off mid-sentence every time I tried to ask a question. He said it would cost $375 just to diagnose the issue, which is insane. I took my jeep and left with no service being done on it. Very belittling and dismissive experience.

One word - horrendous. It would be easier to contact the pope than it would be to get a live person in the service department. Car has been there for days, no calls, left four messages over the past two days, no return callback. Go anywhere else!!
