I am the trustee of a condo on the Wilshire Corridor and I listed our property with Christophe Choo. The condo market on the corridor has been tough during this pandemic where very few units were selling. I only met Christophe in person one time when I listed the unit and he handled all the details of the listing sale and closing virtually for me. He even found his own buyer that paid all cash and had a quick closing of escrow. I highly recommend Christophe Choo and his team if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

Our family worked with Christophe Choo to sell my parents house in Pacific Palisades. We chose Christophe after interviewing 5 other agents, Christophe being the one that fit So well with 4 brothers and spouses. On top of that, none of us live in LA, some out of state. That plus the need to meet virtually added to the challenge. Christophe managed a difficult time and sale brilliantly and we are very grateful we had him to lead us though to a successful sale.

Hello, we worked with Christophe Choo in selling my husbands family home in the Palisades. We ( the family ) interviewed 5 very different agents, but hands down, we all chose Christophe. All of the family live out of town or out of state, and our experience of working with Christophe was incredibly positive. Christophe is a master at communicating, he is truthful and kind, and was very good about getting back to us with feedback. I was also a Broker, with Coldwell Banker in MN and WI, as well as Sotheby's in Aspen, Christophe is one of the best Brokers I've ever worked with, and I recommend him highly. Christophe was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He advised us how to improve the house and stage it so that it looked stunning. We sold the house for full asking price in 7 days. The whole process was seamless during a pandemic and we enjoyed working with him.

I am a satisfied RETURN customer. My family and I were fortunate to have Christophe's help 8 years ago moving to Los Angeles (a brand new city for us). Eight years later we asked him to help us again, this time to find new owners for our condo. From signing our listing contract, he took care of details small and large, and went above and beyond with online and local TV advertisement videos, newspaper listings, and the sort to publicize our listing.
