Love the location, love my jeep, and service was absolutely amazing when I purchased my jeep!! Although at the end of January I got a voicemail from Josh saying that they had found one of my key fobs (when I purchased my jeep they only had one) so, of course I called him back, didn't get an answer. Continued to call back multiple times probably about 6, even leaving a voicemail and never heard back. Finally today he answers the phone and informs me that the key is either thrown away or has been reused! I ask if there's anyway they can accommodate me because I have been trying to get a hold of him for weeks now and have gotten no answer back. He basically tells me that it's my fault we didn't get in touch with them because they tried to get in touch with me.. he tells me there's nothing he can do for me as my key is just gone.I see this as very disrespectful and un-business like buy I'm thankful that Thomas helped me
out! He gave me a discount to buy another key fob as I am a college student who can't afford hundreds of dollars to buy another. So thank you Thomas for actually helping me get to the bottom of this, instead of putting the blame on me:(
