We are in network for most major insurance, such as UCare, Medica, Health Partners, Cigna, Preferred One, Aetna, United Health Care, Select Care, and Patient's Choice. We also accept auto insurance, and work compensation. Regardless of insurance status, all patients are welcome. We are also willing to submit for out of network insurance companies such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
