Cheshire Fitness Zone has been in operation for more than 15 years offering high quality pediatric physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy to children of all abilities. We are located in the center of Cheshire Connecticut, easily accessible from all surrounding towns. Our skilled therapists have several years of experience working with a variety of diagnoses. We are team oriented, and work with families to help our patients reach their goals. Our physical therapists work to improve strength and mobility with our patients. Many patient diagnoses include cerebral palsy, autism, torticollis, sports injuries, developmental delays as well as other impairments. Our occupational therapists work to improve sensory processing, motor skills, strength, and activities of daily living. Many patient diagnoses include autism, sensory processing disorders, fine motor skills, handwriting deficits, as well as other impairments. Our speech therapists work to improve articulation, language, fluency, oral-motor skills, and pragmatics. Many patient diagnoses include autism, stuttering, speech impediments, neurological impairments and motor delays. We participate with most insurance companies.
