Cherry Capital Subaru

My daughter and I came to Traverse City for vacation. On the way I had a tail light burn out. I called the service center of Serra Subaru. They got me in to repair the tail light and do an oil change within 2 days. They ran a detailed diagnostic test of my older Outback and recommended new tires. I had planned to replace the tires in a couple months, but chose to have Serra Subaru do the work because they quoted me a price roughly $50/tire less than my local tire supply store. Tim Sato was amazing! Very nice guy who went out of his way to work with us, get the tires ordered, and schedule the service. And the tires came in less than quoted. Thank you Tim!

We decided to buy an Outback, basically spur of the moment. Joel Shooks did an excellent job of showing us all we needed to know and guided us through the whole purchasing process. He was very helpful and informative without being pressuring us.
We would buy from him again.

Chaz Forcia at Serra Subaru made the transition into my second Subaru Crosstrek smooth and stress free. At no point did I feel pressured, and he was more than happy to get me the answers to any question or concern I had. I drove off the lot comfortable and confident that I was in the car that suited my needs. I have already recommended Chaz to a few people, and will continue to do so. My husky Bowser and I are happy to be a part of the Serra family.

I just leased another Subaru Forester. I just love it!! Hailey Williams was my sales person and she was Amazing! Also DJ handled the financing and his attention to detail was impressive! Many thanks to both for a smooth transition into another lease!
