Poor customer service Called to try and reschedule my appointment never got a confirmation they canceled my appointment. General manager called me back the next day. told me because it was a Groupon purchase. We are low priority and they didn’t make any money off of our carpet cleaning anyway. And that I should just get a refund from Groupon.Report
