Chem-Dry did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet at Butterworth's Furniture. Matt was the actual person who did our cleaning. He has a very good personality and was great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Carlos did an excellent job cleaning my two sofas. They look great. Only negative comment I have is he was not aware of the $199 coupon price to clean two pieces of furniture which I was quoted over the phone. He insisted it was $300 to clean both sofas. So, I called (not Carlos) the office while he was here and was told by Scott that there was a coupon for $199 and they would honor it.

Always easy to work with!

We were having an emergency after a major water spill and Scott was so responsive, calling me back over the weekend. He made special arrangements and came out himself to vacuum the carpet. I’m a long term client of Chemdry and highly recommend you use their services.

As always, easy scheduling and on-time notification. The cleaning is superb, technicians, professional and courteous.
