My previous landlords (Chem Dry's owner's parents) used this business in 2013 to clean the carpets in the rental I was moving out of. I mailed in a coupon from the smart shopper with my payment after which they told me I had received a discounted rate and that they would not be accepting my coupon. 5 years and zero communications later they have changed who they were billing to my husband's company and sent his company to collections for the fifty dollars. I was the only one on the rental agreement and this had nothing to do with his business. Absolutely shady business practice and if it were any more money I'd be hiring an attorney.Report
