We couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of work from Chem-Dry of Bend. These guys are true professionals. We have two dogs and two boys and you would never know it by looking at our now spotless carpets and couch.

Roger cleaned our carpets, tiles and hardwood floors, and they all look great now - highly recommendable

We have almost 1200 square feet of slate flooring, and don’t believe the previous owner(s) ever gave the floors a professional cleaning.

After gathering three estimates, we were sold on the professionalism and experience of Chem-Dry of Bend. And, we could not be more pleased with the results! The slate looks almost brand new!

Roger is a thorough perfectionist, and spent whatever time necessary to get the job done right. Also, and almost as important, he was very careful around adjacent flooring, as well as cabinetry and trim.

Chem-Dry of Bend will be taking care of all our flooring needs.

Everything about this company is excellent! They were extremely prompt at returning my phone call, they were able to arrive early to my appointment, the employees were all extremely friendly. I had a really bad pet area from where my cat boxes were, and I couldn't be happier with the pet treatment! The whole area is so much better!

I am a new customer for life!!!

I am also new to Bend, 4mo pregnant and just moved into a new apartment. This apartment had previous pet markings that I couldn't smell but unfortunately my Fido did and claimed the apt immediately.

With all that being said, I was stressed about the matter, and searching for cleaning solutions, with lots of concerns for my pregnancy health, Fido's health and the health of my future baby.

So I took to Google, like many do, and started calling around. Chem-Dry's name really struck my curiosity... Do they use lots of chemicals? Do I have 24hr drying downtime like many companies claim?

I picked up the phone and within minutes had so much clarity reassurance and an appointment booked!!!

Chem-Dry uses FDA certified natural products that are non-toxic or harmful to pets, babies or pregnant mothers. The "PERT" treatment they performed on my carpet ELIMINATED the pet urine from my carpet, AND PADDING!!! The cleaning left my carpets SHADES LIGHTER, fluffier and the air quality cleaner (no old dander, residues or particles being kicked up from the carpets).

But the icing on the cake, for me, was the fact that it's not a couple of 18yr olds who just do a rushed or slapdash job. They have TECHNICIANS who "diagnosis" your carpet needs, because they've had at least ten years of training and education. These techs have a real passion for their job, and company, and it shows in the quality. And to find out that their company has a real passion for them (higher wages, continuous education and training, etc) was heart warming.

Michelle was my tech. That's right, A GIRL! She was warm, comforting, relatable, KNOWLEDGEABLE, thorough, and so much more!!! (Shhh, don't tell anyone, but she even helped my move my bed so we could clean the carpet under it). She was a real working mother, relating to many other mothers out there. Her honest story with the company was amazing to hear and I wish everyone could experience Michelle's hard work, quality, passion and personality.

I will shout Chem-Dry's name from the mountain tops!!! Customer for life!!!

Chem-Dry of Bend has been cleaning our carpets for over 10 years both at our home and our rental home. They have been meticulous, trustworthy, professional and friendly! We have had a handful of special pet-related jobs with dogs and cats, that were beyond our ability to deal with and Chem-Dry of Bend handled each situation with great satisfaction. I look to work with service providers in my home who are honest, trustworthy, reliable and are really good at what they do. I have had this experience every time I have worked with Chem-Dry of Bend and this is why I call them each time our carpets need cleaning.
