Jaguar service department has been the worst experience for me. Work they suggested not completed correctly after having my vehicle for 2 months. I pick up my vehicle after the "thorough" inspection and there was more work that needed to be done because the missed it. I had to actually show them the issue. Once completed a week later the problem persists along with having to do the same work over and over without success they also do not return phone calls and you have to leave several voicemails to get in touch with them. No loaners are available and no reimbursement for fuel cost for them not completing work properly when I live an hour away. Constantly they also try not to cover things under warranty and I've had to call Jaguar main number to get a liaison to speak with them. I am very unhappy with the way I've been handled as a customer who purchased their "high end" vehicle this is terrible. Not to mention they call you and try to get you to sell them your car for pennies on the dollar to put you into a newer lemon.

Had an excellent experience speaking with Ms. Diamond today. She provided excellent customer service and was super informative.

This company has my Jaguar at their location for a warranty repair. It's been there a month. It needs a new engine. They WILL NOT communicate with you. They will not provide a loaner or rental. I've reached out to management and corporate. Do yourself a favor and run far away from them.

Stopped by 2:30pm on Saturday to add air on my tire, service department is closed but employees are inside. They didn't even have decency to open the door and ask what I need.

We had an amazing experience while purchasing our new vehicles. Esteban and Aali were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked with us well past closing to get our deals done. We definitely will continue to buy in the future.

My 2015 Jaguar XF has been there is August 19th. Guess what it's still there! I have been paying for a rental car since July 7th because that's when my car start to have a problem, but the first available appointment wasn't until August 19th. Fast foward to now, I have to constantly text for updates. Sometimes my rep gets back the same day and other times he will get back days later. I have been on a list for a loaner since August 19th yet I still don't have one but my car is still there. The newest issue is once we put the car back together some of the control modules would not re-initialize, we are waiting for Jaguar to assist. I'm confused are you not a Jaguar dealership with certified Technicians? However I'm still paying for a rental car and have no date as to when my car will be ready. Well my wife wanted the new Jaguar F-pace but after this interaction I'm definitely will have to reconsider.

Update. Went to the dealership 9/13 and was told the same story awaiting communication back from Jaguar Headquarters. I was told I was next on the list for a loaner and would have one on 9/14. No call or text from my Service Agent with an update as usual. I text and the story is 3 loaners came back and they each had an issue. One was involved in a collison on the way back to the dealership, the other one was due maintanence so it's will have to go in the shop and the third one has nails in the tire. Ok so how many days does it take to put a new tire on the rim of a vehicle? I'm still without my car or a loaner and today is Wednesday 9/15.

$3,017 This is the bill I got 3days after purchasing a car of $46,000 2018 Range Rover Velar from this dealership and drove it to Atlanta Georgia,I called them and all I got was they could only pay $250 because they only cover 300miles on the car.. now this is supposed to be a fully inspected car from a Range rover dealership selling a 2018 range rover to me as is...the range rover dealership in Atlanta even contacted them to see what they could do because this is less than a week old car ...plus as I type this today 08/11/2021 I am still yet to receive my TAG since April 2021 because my state said they haven't received anything from them meaning my taxes have not been paid to my state Georgia, all they have beensend me is temporaryTag 3 times andeventhe 3rd one is expiredand can'tevendrive to work had 2 order Uber after payingmy car note andinsurance...the only person that have communicated with me is lyesley the finance lady and the worst ever SALESMAN is HUNTER the sale guy that sold me the car which I put down a $10,000....Land Rover need to cut out this dealership and avoid them if u can thanks...
