I would not recommend this surveying company.Please get in touch with me.

Appointing Chawton Hill has cost me big time.
Customer service is non-existent, survey is a worthless and missed key issues that will cost me 10' of thousands to repair.

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

We were looking to purchase an old house, so wanted a full (Level 3) survey done. I googled a few options and chose Chawton Hill as a) they were local-ish, b) they offered a 'meeting' with the surveyor on site, which I thought was brilliant - much easier than reading a long report!

We are so happy we chose Chawton Hill - Mark, our surveyor was brilliant. He was generous with his time and it was so reassuring to be able to look at the property together and benefit from his expertise. The meeting meant we were confident to proceed with the purchase, ahead of receiving the detailed report.

We are now in our new home. Mark gave us the peace of mind and confidence to go ahead. Thanks all to the team in the back office who responded to the quote, booked the appointment and then invoiced (after the survey was done, which was another benefit - nothing upfront).

Highly recommend and would definitely use again (not that we plan to move anytime soon!)

Chawton Hill are a very professional practice that take the stress out of property surveys. The team work quickly, and when on site provide excellent detail about the overall condition. The report is comprehensive and provides a picture of the property condition.

Chawton Hill were great! They provided a prompt and well communicated service. From start to finish we have had an amazing experience. Our surveyor was very thorough on the day and was willing for us to contact him if we needed to ask him any further questions afterwards. I would definitely recommend using them.
