Where does one start! After being frauded by unlawful use of our credit card, we hired an investigator.Only to find out that this company is a front, amoung other companies,"owned" by Paul David Akins. Dont get us wrong, the guy can do electrical work.He has a "legit"looking work van,and websites to fool even the most skeptical.Thats how he sets people up for the kill! When we went to press charges, we found out that he was already arrested in Mississippi, and was being bound over to Grande Jury. Since then, he was released on bond, and within a month, set up another "so called co."(Bi-State Electric/O'Fallon Mo. and began frauding C/Cards,again! Julie's review is an example. How can a man who's not supposed to leave Mississippi,be frauding people in Missouri,or Arkansas,or Tennessee. As a past clerk of the courts I find this very interesting, indeed! If your reading this review, your one of the lucky ones.If your here because your a victim, take the time to warn people about Paul Akins. Pursue litigation. It takes people like us to bring justice to people like him.The law works in most cases. But sometimes you have to help it along. The following are "Companies"of interest. Charter Electric, Charter Electrical Contractors, Bistate Electric,Bi-state Electric LLC,Delta Electric, check into these. He has been commiting these acts all over the Central U.S.! It is our, and your, Civic duty to protect the general public from social pyriah's like Paul Akins as well as companies they are attached to. There is a photograph on facebook.Check it before he changes it, so you can identify the perpetrator. Why we say this is because there are only "stock" photo's on these websites. He has a new website for Bi-state Electric LLC 3930 Lake Village Cv. Olive Branch Mississippi 38654. You'll find that he gave himself his only review, under the name of Andy. He didnt realize that his real name would appear under the Alias.People!Victims!Friends! We must band together and STOP THIS PERSON!!!

This company was contracted by Sunlighten Sauna to repair our sauna under warranty. We were told by Sunlighten to expect a call from an electrician. When the call did not come, we called him. The company set up an appointment, then called back and asked if we would pay at the time of service and allow Sunlighten to reimburse. I called Sunlighten and was told the order they sent was for up to $200, but the bill really shouldn't exceed $150 because it was a simple repair. We had 3 people in the room at the time of repair when the technician showed up at 10 am. It was surprising when the technician was clueless on how to do the simple repair and we had to contact Sunlighten for this expert to obtain instruction. He had to leave an go buy a part, but finally at 12:48 we overheard him call and report "4 hours". All of us looked at the clock. We asked what we owed, but was told his supervisor would call the next day...he did and surprised us with a charge over $500. I told him that I would not pay that and that it exceeded the order given to him. Finally I agreed to $325 and gave him a fax to fax the bill so that we could get reimbursed. We called several times for a copy of the bill with no response. A charge came through for more than we agreed and now after 2 weeks...he has charged our debit card a second time without our authorization. This is clearly fraud. While on the phone he stated that "electricians charge $65 - $85 an hour. We have an electrician that put in an entire junction box and 3 220 outlets for $800. We would have hired him, had we known the tech that was being sent had no prior experience with this type of sauna. We are unhappy that we are gouged for his learning curve and that the charge of $325 is well above the absorbadant price of $85 an hour. At $85 an hour, the cost should be $233 plus $50 "for travel". Now I find this company is trying to defraud me further.
