I wish I could give it 0 stars!!!!

I walked in on 2/4/2017 with the hopes of walking out with a lift kit and rims for my Tacoma or a Tundra but it seemed like the two gentlemen were more interested in whatever was hilarious on the computer screen.
As I walked in I noticed the music was so loud like they were at a concert but even thou they were able to realize I walked in because they both made eye contact with me but no greeting. Even after walking around for at least 10 mins, looking at the trucks out front (which I mentioned before as a possible trade for a new Tundra), at the rims on the wall, the truck bedding display I still got no acknowledgement. I was very frustrated and in no way did I fell like I needed to ask them for the help since I was the customer with cash in hand. Not sure if those gentlemen understand what customer service is. They need to go find out through the service department. The Charles Barker service center does a great job and seems to know what customer service is.

I hate to say but I'll be looking else where. It's very disappointing, I was hoping CB would be my one stop shop but I see not thanks to those gentlemen, their concert music and non customer service skills.
