The wedding was a good experience. The only thing was it was a alot more pricy for certain things that weren't worth it. The photos were amazing quality but all the photos were repeated like 3 or 4 of the same picture. They expect you to pay 800$ for a right release of the pictures. The limo drive wasn't what we expected, the air conditioner didn't work, the music didn't work and they expect you to tip them. They even trow their so call gratitude envelopes almost in front of you. some of the people there didn't have anything to do with our wedding expected us to pay them gratitude money . I told them i would pay their gratitude money with the card and they denied it at first, i don't know what happened that my card even got blocked from my bank due to them putting the information wrong so many times, so we ended using another card to pay for that . The communication with our wedding planner wasn't a quite pleasant experience either ,wish she could explain most of the stuff better because we didn't find out of some charges till after the wedding.Report
We were pretty laid back about the whole wedding. The facility was nice, if a little old, but pretty enough. The people were nice, we got to pick our own music, it was all fine. Until we got the photos.Report
They DO NOT allow guests to take photos and they do not tell you until AFTER you've already booked and paid for the wedding. They require you to use their photographer and you don't get a say in the matter. That would have been fine, except the photos were garbage. My face was hidden in more than half of them, the lighting was terrible, the angles were awful. There were a ton of photos of my really pretty friend but NONE of any of the other guests. A child with a cell phone could have done a better job.
I dont have any nice photos of my wedding day, and that is very upsetting. I wish they would have let us see his work beforehand, or told us that guests weren't allowed to take photos. I would have booked somewhere else.

Kept spamming me asking for a review. So here's my review.Report
I felt that we overpaid a bit for what we got. Everyone was professional and the venue was nice. It felt like there were a lot of expected tips and fees that weren't included in the booking price that added up very quickly, especially for a wedding without any guests.
My husband and I got married in November. They forgot his custom boutonniere until I realized it after we had started taking pictures. The photographer did not do his job at all. They have you list your poses but don't bring your poses with them and put you on the spot saying "start calling people over". Completely overwhelming when everything is going so fast! Good luck trying to order additional photos after your wedding. Even the manager Angela is not helpful. I had to hound them to get a photo they messed up on. Our photo representative Cameron completely went MIA after a couple of emails. Worst experience! They are still not helping us order additional photos from our wedding. Awful customer service here!Report
However, our chapel Glass Gardens was beautiful and minister was awesome! Only good things about this place!
