Absolutely the worst customer service! Ordered our windows for entire house back in April 2021. All 16 windows! Was lied to about when they would be installed. They gauernteed us that it would only take 6 to 8 weeks to get windows and get installed. Its now December 9th 2021, and they just now got job complete. First round , they said they had all the windows back in early summer,came out with incorrect windows and totally screwed up our trim! We told them we wanted the 3 inch trim put back on, so we wouldn't have to paint where the old trim came off. Well, service manager wanted to argue and say that the smaller trim would cover everything. Welp, NOT TRUE! Then they installed incorrect window in bathroom. After all this, 2 mornings after the other windows were done, i was cleaning them, and noticed 6 windows had hand prints in between the glass!. Called mark , service manager back out. He had the audacity to tell them that thier rule is, if you can't see imperfections from 10 feet away, they dont consider the windows to be a imperfection. Needless to say, he kept telling me he cant see anything. Welp he finally saw the prints on one. They end up ordering the replacements , calling to want to come install. But STILL no bathroom window. Said they had nothing on record. Told them they are not destroying my house again, until ALL windows and product have arrived. We also asked for all new frames, they didnt install new frames. They lied and said they did! We had another contractor come inspect , and he said there were not new frames installed!. This place is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was lied to when then they told us also that champion has thier own installers, that they dont have 3rd parties do installation. That was also a lie! Please dnt waste your money or time with these people. We left over 15 messages with them to call back, they only returned 3 calls!! All they care about is stealing your money. Photos below of our trim and how they left a mess everywhere without cleaning up.

On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Worked with me to get a quality product at an affordable price. Geoff Simms was my representative and he truly knows the value of good customer service.

They finally did my windows after about 3 1/2 month waiting period. My patio door was also supposed to be installed and they stated it got damaged when delivered so they ordered another one. This was over a month ago. I have yet to hear from anyone and I have tried calling MULTIPLE times. I can't even get a call back just to give me an estimated time on when they're going to put in my patio door! I'm super frustrated and feel this is super unprofessional of a company to not respond to a client AT ALL. I thought this was a good company but I have since changed my mind.

Champion windows originally installed the sliding back door and windows in our home. More recently they came out to do some kind of service on the door (we didn't request it) and afterwards the handle was always loose and unstable. The handle broke right off a little over a week ago and I have called every number I can find for them trying to get ahold of the local store because every time the dispatch service submits a repair ticket to the local branch nothing has happened. Like I would understand if they don't have time to come out and fix the door yet but they haven't even called in over a week and we cannot even lock our door have holes leading from the inside to the outside where the screws are supposed to go through. After all the calls I've made I can't believe the local branch hasn't even called to try to schedule something. Ridiculous. Their customer service is a joke who doesn't care about their customer's safety.

Edit: Called the number after the owner responded and was transferred and put on hold about 5 times just for them to finally tell me they couldn't get their service people on the phone. They've sent an email apparently to escalate our request. From the other reviews I've read I'm not hopeful of our chances of it getting fixed. Seems like they have great service when you're a new customer but if you call for service later you get nothing. My husband and I have started researching other companies because at this point because of the specialized spacing between holes on the door we can't buy a new handle and install it ourselves and we have little faith in Champion actually following through. Seems like they use a special spacing so you can't just go online and buy a new handle and you have to jump through all their hoops to try to get service.
