Very helpful and friendly staff. Service department was extra friendly.

I don't give 5 stars much only if they the best in there class. This dealership is awesome Tony and James treated me great. I'm here from Florida with work. I bought a truck here no pressure at all. They didn't shotgun( run your credit multiple times) my credit. Tony ask me some question had a idea what I could get then ran my credit once I buy a lot of vehicles and they are the best give me a great deal. Got me financed in minutes and done. I will drive the 8 hrs to buy another one here. Great guys clean friendly helpful

I was well pleased with my service at Champion Ford in Rockingham NC.
This was my second service on my 2019 F250 truck at Champion. The lady at the service desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, good personality. Pleasant experience.

We have been calling for nearly two months about a dealer orders car, the orange 2021 GT Premium Mustang. Every time we called we were told we would not know when it would come in. So we kept checking back and were reassured every single time that someone would contact as soon as it came in. We received a call today and said we would be in tomorrow. Now we just got a call that someone put a deposit down on the mustang after they already knew we were coming tomorrow to purchase the vehicle. What kind of customer service is that. We have literally been searching for a car like this and finally found one only to have it yanked from under us. It is so unprofessional to have a customer call nearly every week be say they want to purchase it and then the day it arrives say oh sorry we let someone else buy it. How is that right?
