They are always available when I need them, and go out of their way to make the visit and treatment pleasant ??

I truly could not say enough good about this dental office. I am one who, like many, has a great fear of dentists and anything to do with dentistry. Like, truly, paralyzing anxiety. So much so that even though I was having dental issues I put going to a dentist off over and over and over again. I believe my fear is founded in that I have had nothing but bad experiences with dentists (except one other, and he retired a year after I started seeing him). Then it got to the point where I was too embarrassed to try to go to a dentist. But eventually, I couldn't put it off any longer. And I was terrified. There is no exaggeration when I say it was the very best experience I have ever had in a dentist's office. Every single person I came in contact with was kind, caring, understanding, and empathetic to my anxiety issues. In fact, I have a visit coming up in a week, and it's the first time I've ever not been nervous about going. Now my husband and parents all see Dr. Zwick as well. She was amazing, kind, gentle, and put me at ease. Not once did she make me feel stupid for my fears or my delay in seeing a dentist. I couldn't recommend them more.

Very nice place and wonderful people.

Would not take my dog to these people!!! They Ruined my smile, new I needed a specialist, pulled teeth that should of never been pulled in my ortho process. When I got a second opinion, they told me I was no longer a patient, never seen anything like it. They didn't like the specialist saying Dr Mark Lima should have known!! Beware from this facility, get a second opinion. 4 years of pain with ortho when he told me 22 months. Pathetic!!!
