Linda and Bob were the absolute best agents we could have hoped for. Our home search started in May 2020. Their card was passed on to us by an acquaintance of an acquaintance. A couple weeks later I blind called Bob. We must have talked for over 40 minutes. From the first moment we connected I knew the Scalia’s were the team for us. Arnie and I are from the St. Louis, Missouri area and were green to the South Florida market. Initially, we set out with an aggressive timeline to locate and purchase, but the COVID pandemic slowed us a bit. The Scalia’s hung in there with us. They keep us current with market updates, listings, and periodic touch base calls. Fast forward to March 2021, we carved out sometime in the “new normal”, flew down to Boca and met face to face. They took hold of the reins and got it done. Over the course of a couple of days we settled on a new home site. Linda and Bob’s expertise and insight provided the necessary guidance positioning us well for the future. They are truly a full-service team. Their support does not stop at closing. They are committed to excellence and stellar client service.

I was lucky to find Cat Chester based on her outstanding Google reviews. New to the area and purchasing my first home in South Florida was a little scary but Cat made the process go extremely smooth. Maxine Sloane at Champagne & Parisi Real Estate was our broker for the purchase of a home in Boca Raton, FL. She was the most detailed, knowledgeable and involved broker I have ever dealt with. Maxine worked with us for a couple of years presenting properties to us that were exactly what we wanted, even as we changed our minds on a number of occasions about what we wanted.
She worked on the purchase contract, dealt with the attorneys, supervised and coordinated the inspections and made sure that everything went smoothly. When we say everything, we mean everything including dealing with the HOA, pool people, pest control, etc.
We only wish that all the professions we deal with were as excellent as Maxine. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

My family regrets working with this realtor to sell my grand mothers house in lake worth Florida. A diamond ring that was found by the new home owners and entrusted to him to give to us, "went missing" after numerous attempts to retrieve it from him. We should have fired him after he initially went through her house without us there and threw out "un valuable" jewelry. We later discovered an extensive collection of real gold and diamond jewelry mixed with her costume jewelry. He is not be trusted.
