I felt since day 1 I spoke to this attorney he was rude and like lazy that doesn't want to investigate or was sold to the other team, didnt like at all. He had all the evidence in the medical recirds it says i fell, , there had been ice melted, and all the pictures of the bleededing and body full if purple spots everytjing was going great and all of the sudden he decided to clise my case. I should have follied my feeling since day 1.
He either got paid by the insurance or just arrogant or lazy. The paralegals susie and sylvia were great but after my case was clised no body wanted to talk to me. I ended up talking to jessuca the secretary only ti tell me i could get another attirney. After i lost like 6 months sending evidence. closed my case and made me loise time sendind all the evidence.part opart of the

So far, they never call me, and they pass my case to different paralegals that have no idea what's going on, first I was assigned to Susie, very sweet, then to Stlvia also very sweet, and then I called and it was another lady that upset me because she had no idea, I wasn't rude to her, but I did tell her this firm had dissapoubted me, because even the attorney was like he's doing a favor by taking my case because I waited a year and a half because I'm not the type of person to sue, but after bleeding internally from a fall, I've been getting worst if I make a sudden movie some nerve, or ligaments triggers the pain from my back down to my feet, and I get a strong pain that hurts to move and can't stay stading for a while because it triggers the pain. I can walk but not stand for a while. I'm feeling like closing my case and get a new team, but I hate being involved in all these things so I'm going to wait a little and see how they go, if I see no progress then I'll take care if that and look for caring staff that really want to work on my case. They have all the evidence from my medical records, pues and explanation. There's a good case, that are resting importance or interest but let's see in a few days how it develops and go from there. God willing they can put the interest needed to work on my case.

I called to see if this law office handled my kind of case some time ago and just got around to this. WOW. I was so pleasantly surprised by how kind and informative Jessica was. If I ever need assistance with a case that they do handle, l’ll be sure to call Chalik & Chalik first. I hope ALL of their employees are as wonderful as she is! The firm I ended up using is okay but they are Not nearly as exceptional as my brief experience here.
