Robert used the black light to find pet stains I wasn't aware of. Together we found more than I care to share! As he worked, he kept me appraised of the amount of enzymes needed to remove them so the cost didn't add up without my approval. He was so courteous & professional and such a hard worker!

I am always happy with the service and results from Qualls Chem-dry. This time, I'm thrilled. My dog had diarrhea at about 4:30am in my son's room. ? so gross!! I thought for sure we were going to have to replace the carpet. John got his tech Rob there within a few hours and he was able to work magic. Clean, sanitized, odors gone! No stain! Thank you, Rob!!!

Levi introduced him self. Texted yo let me know he was on his way, he was polite and very courteous. He did an excellent job. When I did the walk through with the rental company they indicated who ever cleaned the carpets did a excellent job.
