Our Dodge Ram Promaster, a Handicap-Accessible Vehicle, underwent repairs at the shop. Rebekah checked in our vehicle and let us know she'd be in touch. We were stressed that it would be days to get the van into the shop since we didn't have an appointment.

But, I received a message the very next morning stating that the car had been checked in, evaluated, and a solution was outlined, along with the associated cost. She even ensured that the tech documented and sent pictures, so we could submit the claim to the van outfitters.

Frankly, we didn't expect things to go smoothly --- luck had not been on our side for quite some time. Being without a vehicle added to the stress of a long string of hard knocks. Rebekah was able to understand this dynamic and handled business with professionalism and courtesy.

Everyone that I spoke with there was incredibly kind. They were extremely patient and understanding. In my case, they took the time to explain where I had gone wrong in my calculation of a lease payment and were never snarky or demeaning about it. Jimmy, Taylor, and Mr. Dorgan are the employees that I got a chance to speak with by phone. At such a point when I thought that I would not hear from them again, they reached back out and were more than happy to discuss and explain the aforementioned situation. I can confidently say that you'll be in good hands when transacting with them. Their pricing is also highly competitive depending on the point to which you're willing to negotiate. When we came in to pickup the vehicle, everyone at the dealership went all out to be as helpful and kind as they possibly could. Taylor especially stands out by always being more than happy to address any concerns that I may have had throughout the entire process. All in all, it's a fantastic place to procure your next ride.

Avoid this place for vehicle service unless you don’t mind slow service and being charged $413 to only have your batteries charged, like they did to me when I had the misfortune of my new Ram truck breaking down when I was passing thru, on my way back home to NC. I complained to the dealership manager but apparently he is OK with treating his customers in a bind like this!
