The Century BMW team did a very nice job! They were very professional and helpful. Will, who was my salesman, did an excellent job too. Very nice, professional, trustworthy, and an overall great guy! I’ll definitely refer other potential BMW customers to him.

Century BMW has a very impressive service department! I blew out my tire on my M440i x drive, midday on a Saturday. They were able to replace my tire as I waited, without an appointment!
Service Advisor James Rohrer arranged for a driver to take us to our home to get our proof of purchase for our tires that were bought three months earlier in Michigan. He made us aware that insurance would cover the tire as it was within the one year warranty period. He patiently called-in the claim. Mr. Rohrer managed the situation expertly and efficiently!
We had the pleasure of being driven by Eli Wayne who was friendly and very courteous.

Moving from one state to another is very stressful in finding new places to carry on your business needs. I feel confident in this BMW dealership enough so that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next car from them as well as getting all of our cars serviced here!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience here. We worked directly with Baynes, and he made the new car-buying process fun and stress free. We had our new X5 made here at the Spartanburg location in order to get the exact details we wanted. The process didn't take too long and we were updated on the progress several times a week. Baynes really took the time to educate us about our new vehicle and was prepared to answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a BMW. We LOVE ours!
