Since 1985 Centrum Construction has specialized in providing interior tenant finish with an emphasis on the construction of retail and restaurant uses. Centrum Construction, Inc. is equipped to handle all types of commercial construction projects from the building of free standing restaurants to complex interior tenant finishes, office build-outs, and corporate relocations.
We have completed over 80 restaurants for the same client, opening 5 in one 32-day period. We are large enough to complete several projects simultaneously, but small enough to understand customers' needs for individual attention. We bring our projects in on time and under budget.
